Why a growing business needs ERP
Most SMEs start with spreadsheets, a separate accounting program and orders arriving by LINE and email. That works until the business grows and nobody has the full picture any more.
One source of truth
Sales, stock, purchasing and accounting share the same data, so everyone works from the same numbers.
See your business in real time
Know today's stock, sales and overdue invoices without waiting for the month-end close.
Less manual work, fewer mistakes
A confirmed order updates stock and prepares the invoice. Nothing is retyped between systems.
Ready for tax and audits
Every invoice, payment and stock move is recorded and traceable, which makes VAT filing and audits far easier.
Grow without more paperwork
Routine steps run automatically, so your team spends its time on customers instead of admin.
Decide with confidence
Reports on margins, best sellers and late payers help you act early instead of guessing.

Odoo is a suite of connected apps. Start with the ones you need today and add more as you grow — they all share the same data.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Community and Enterprise?
Community is Odoo's open-source edition. It covers CRM, sales, purchasing, inventory, invoicing, point of sale, manufacturing, projects and more. Enterprise adds apps such as full accounting, helpdesk, documents and e-signature, and requires an Odoo Enterprise subscription.
What do I need for the Enterprise plan?
An Odoo Enterprise subscription code. We deploy your instance first, then our team enters the code and lets you know when it is ready.
Where is my data stored?
On Google Cloud in the Singapore region, in a database dedicated to your company.
Can I start small and add apps later?
Yes. Install only the apps you need today and add more as your business grows.
